One to one with Christine I felt comfortable enough to be completely myself and to speak my deepest thoughts, feelings and truths. These sessions were better than therapy. I’ve been on a SelfLOVE journey for the last few years, and it’s been absolutely incredible. I’ve learned so much about myself and have started to feel more aligned with who I truly am. However, when I began my journey with Christine in the Shadow Work I didn’t fully know what to expect. But I have to admit, the work I’ve done in Shadow School has rocket-fuelled my SelfLOVE journey. 

It’s like everything I’ve learned so far came together, and the Shadow work provided that extra push I was missing. For me, it has supercharged my transformation, giving me a much deeper understanding of myself and allowing me to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

One of the biggest breakthroughs has been embracing my shadow. SelfLOVE is about acceptance and authenticity, but accepting our shadow is a crucial part of that process. Through Christine’s guidance, I’ve been able to confront and accept my shadow without the shame, guilt, and fear that once surrounded it.
