I was angry, I was full of rage.

At first I was full of fear and I cried, I shook, I felt shame, shame and embarrassment. I had failed again & I was exposed, my biggest fear come up again.

As I sat in my body filled with despair, I remembered all the times I had been here before, I was angry, all the work I had done and I was here again.

But this time the anger was pushing its way through, before I pushed it down and ploughed on as best I could.

The anger was getting louder & louder.

Not just for what had happened BUT ANGRY becasue I wouldn't be here in this moment if I hadn't suffered, if I hadn't felt fear before, if I hadn't had to protect myself, put up with it all and do my best to stay SAFE.

I wouldn't be here AGAIN small, stuck & struggling.

"I’m still feeling the benefits from the breathwork session 24 hours later! 

 The 3 stage, release & embodiment experience was like nothing I’ve ever done before! There’s also something quite magical and incredibly soothing about Christine’s voice It took me a short while to fully let go and connect totally to my blocks (I camouflage them well) but the body movement element took me straight there and I pulled them away from me, actually physically pulled them away! The breathwork beforehand had grounded me sufficiently to be able to be fully vulnerable to she who is my worst critic… myself I am going to keep practising this. "I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for the amazing Quantum Healing Breathwork session you held on Sunday morning. I have no idea how this actually works but boy did it hit the spot!
