What a 3 month journey the Shadow School has been. Christine held a beautiful space for like-minded women to gather together to reclaim the parts of ourselves that we have hidden. It has been safe to be open and  vulnerable. I realised that I had been keeping my 'too muchness' in the shadows and it was time to let her free and see what she could achieve. And I have had some successes in my business as a result of stepping into my power. I feel more confident to speak authentically and I am attracting aligned customers. I’ve been on a SelfLOVE journey for the last few years, and it’s been absolutely incredible. I’ve learned so much about myself and have started to feel more aligned with who I truly am. However, when I began my journey with Christine in the Shadow Work I didn’t fully know what to expect. But I have to admit, the work I’ve done in Shadow School has rocket-fuelled my SelfLOVE journey. 

It’s like everything I’ve learned so far came together, and the Shadow work provided that extra push I was missing. For me, it has supercharged my transformation, giving me a much deeper understanding of myself and allowing me to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

One of the biggest breakthroughs has been embracing my shadow. SelfLOVE is about acceptance and authenticity, but accepting our shadow is a crucial part of that process. Through Christine’s guidance, I’ve been able to confront and accept my shadow without the shame, guilt, and fear that once surrounded it.

This experience has had a huge impact on my journey this year. I’ve uncovered and released a lot of heavy layers, all thanks to the transformative work in the Shadow. I am so grateful for this incredible experience.
