Everything you have experienced in this lifetime, generational trauma imprints, past lives can all be buried deep in your body. When the parts are triggered the one of the 4 Fs kicks in trying to keep you safe.

These show up in self-sabotaging behaviours. So we work on regulating your nervous system first.

Traumas do not need to be revisited but the needs of the child (or adult )who experienced the trauma need to be soothed, unresolved trauma stays in the body, each time it is triggered, my small words, experiences, they light up and trigger one of the 4 Fs. Closing the trauma loops is key to releasing the triggers and self-sabotage. These may show up again when you move to your next level, but this program will give you the tools needed to spot them & move past them.

Shadow integration
