"I’m still feeling the benefits from the breathwork session 24 hours later! 

 The 3 stage, release & embodiment experience was like nothing I’ve ever done before! There’s also something quite magical and incredibly soothing about Christine’s voice It took me a short while to fully let go and connect totally to my blocks (I camouflage them well) but the body movement element took me straight there and I pulled them away from me, actually physically pulled them away! The breathwork beforehand had grounded me sufficiently to be able to be fully vulnerable to she who is my worst critic… myself I am going to keep practising this. "I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for the amazing Quantum Healing Breathwork session you held on Sunday morning. I have no idea how this actually works but boy did it hit the spot! 

I had been feeling an incredible sadness inside of myself which was exacerbated by the healing and releasing work we were doing over the weekend at the Feminology Retreat.

When I woke up Sunday morning, I was fearful that I'd go home with the sadness still intact.

As I said to you right after, you have an incredible gift for putting people at ease. Although I was initially apprehensive, with your soothing voice and words of reassurance as you laid out what could happen, I felt confident that I was in safe hands. You exude a quiet authority that is delivered with so much love, compassion and kindness.

What I especially liked about this session is that it did not require me to revisit or rehash any past trauma. In fact, I did not even need to know exactly what was being released and this was a huge relief to me.

Before the session even ended I felt an indisputable shift internally and came away from the session feeling revived, renewed, reborn and genuinely happy.

"I had previously attended counselling sessions however I felt that these just touched the surface wounds.

The deeper issues were still there and holding me back. After the first session and the first recording I felt a shift in me.
