I spent practically my whole life living a lie, people pleasing, trying to fit in, wanting more but never quite reaching it, never realising the good things or celebrating any success because I never believed it was enough.
I said the affirmations, I ‘believed’ I could be a success but it wasn’t enough because my body wasn’t on board.
Deep down I didn’t believe I could achieve abundance because I had never known it.
I had no control over this, I wanted to be free to create the life of my dreams, but my subconscious wanted to keep me safe.
